Hi! I’m Luke Pyle, the owner and sole sitter behind Pyle’s Pet Services here in Tucson. I got into pet sitting because I genuinely love being around animals—and I quickly realized great care is about more than the basics.
My style is calm, routine-focused, and built on trust: clear communication, consistent visits, and the kind of emotionally aware care that helps pets feel safe and comfortable while you’re away.
My experiences
So far I have had the pleasure to work with 45+ pets across 20+ clients. In my childhood I also grew up with 2 differnet dogs and 10 tortoises!
May 2023
My First Pet Sitting Job
I did my first pet sitting job for my mom’s friend who needed help, had an amazing time, and thought, “Wait… I can make money hanging out with pets?”
March 2024
Created a Brand For My Pet Sitting
After sitting for a few of my parents’ friends, I created my website and business cards and decided to pursue pet sitting professionally.
September 2025
Professionalized My Business
As my client base grew, I made it even more official by earning multiple pet care certifications and becoming fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
Present-Future
My Plans For The Future
I’m evolving Pyle’s Pet Services into a subscription-first, route-based care model built around reliable weekday routines. My goal is to grow into a small team, hire and train additional sitters, and expand across more of Tucson—while keeping the same professional standards and consistent client experience.

Luke was absolutely amazing with our dog, Riggins. From the very start, he went above and beyond — even coming to our home the day before to make sure Riggins was comfortable and familiar with him. On the day of sitting, Luke played with Riggins, snuggled him, and took him on two walks. He was incredibly gentle, attentive, and clearly cared about making sure Riggins felt safe and happy. What really stood out was Luke’s commitment — despite having another appointment mid-day, he drove 30 minutes each way just to come back and spend more time with our little guy. Luke also kept me updated throughout the day with texts and pictures, which gave me complete peace of mind. He’s responsible, thoughtful, and truly loves what he does. I cannot recommend Luke enough and would absolutely trust him with Riggins again.

Our dog has had high anxiety in the past when boarded, but she warmed up to Luke quickly. He played with her, walked her, fed and gave her medicine daily. Eli requires extra attention, consistency, and patience, and Luke handled all of it with genuine care and professionalism. Beyond caring for Eli, Luke also took great care of my home, which gave me real peace of mind while I was traveling. It was clear from the updates and from how Eli was doing when I returned that he was treated with kindness, respect, and love, not just “watched,” but truly cared for.
